I am a trained cook. After working for fourteen years in Montreal restaurants as a cook/chef, an idea was born. Stay Sharp started thanks to my daughter! I was looking for a practice saucer to give as a gift and found a mom in my neighborhood who needed her knives sharpened. So we traded the saucer for my sharpening services. Since that day, several chefs and cooks have trusted me to sharpen their precious knives.
