For orders placed online, our goal is to respond within 72 hours (not including weekends) and ship as soon as possible.
All packages are shipped from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Shipments that need to cross international borders may be held up by the country's customs. These delays are beyond our control. Duties and taxes must be paid by the buyer. Items must be returned unused and in perfect condition with the receipt of payment and the original packaging (undamaged). If items show any signs of use, they will not be accepted for exchange. If the original packaging is not in resalable condition, the item will not be accepted for exchange.
All items returned to Stay Sharp are at the buyer's expense. Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage and must be fully insured. Please also inform us of the tracking number so we can track the package's status. Funds will not be refunded until we receive the items and are satisfied with their condition. The amount refunded will be the amount paid minus shipping and handling charges, online sales charges, and any other costs incurred.
If there is any problem with your order, please notify us as soon as possible after receipt. For carrier damage, please retain all original items and packing materials for future inspection by the carrier.
We want all our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, thoroughly inspected before shipment and properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. If you have any problems with your package after receipt, please contact email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt.
When sending packages across an international border, you must notify us that the item is being returned or temporarily imported for repairs. Failure to do so may result in import or customs charges.
Damaged or used items will not be accepted for exchange.
