U.S. Shipping, Customs Duties & Import Fees
We regularly ship orders to the United States. However, please note that any order shipped outside Canada, including to the U.S., may be subject to additional import-related charges.
Import charges may apply
Depending on the product, declared value, country of origin, material composition, and the final assessment made by U.S. customs authorities and the carrier, your order may be subject to:
Customs duties
Import taxes
Brokerage fees
Carrier processing or administrative fees
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless clearly stated otherwise.
Customer responsibility
The customer is fully responsible for all import-related charges associated with a shipment entering the United States.
Stay Sharp does not control these fees and cannot guarantee their amount in advance. Final charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and/or the carrier handling the shipment.
Estimates may differ from final charges
In some cases, estimated duties or import charges may be shown by a platform or carrier before delivery. These amounts are estimates only.
The final amount charged upon importation or delivery may be higher or different from the initial estimate.
Refused shipments
If a customer refuses a shipment due to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges, the package may be returned to Stay Sharp.
In such cases:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping fees, brokerage charges, customs charges, and any other costs incurred may be deducted from the refund
No refund will be issued until the package has been returned and received by our team
Accurate customs declarations
Stay Sharp always declares goods accurately and in compliance with customs requirements, including the actual sale value and the true nature of the products being shipped.
We do not underdeclare product values or alter product composition information in order to reduce import charges.
Additional information on U.S. import duties

Before placing an order
We strongly recommend that U.S. customers familiarize themselves with potential import charges before placing an order, especially for higher-value items.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and accept that additional import charges may apply upon entry into the United States and that these charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
