our policies and delivery

The cost of delivery is at a fixed rate of $15. Delivery takes between 1 and 3 business days and is detectable.

International express delivery is $55 – From 4 to 8 business days and detectable.

For orders placed on the internet, our goal is to respond within 48 working hours and to send the parcel as soon as possible.

The majority of parcels sent are packaged with recyclables.

For all customers, we send our parcels through Canada Post using the expedited parcel service within 48 hours of purchase with the exception of Sundays and public holidays.

All parcels are sent from Montreal, Quebec City, Canada.

Shipments that must cross international borders may be withheld by the country’s customs. These deadlines are beyond our control. International shipments are sent with a commercial invoice for this reason. If you would like faster delivery, please contact us at 514-742-0182.

returns and guarantees

This return policy applies to all items purchased from Stay Sharp.

Before returning any item, please contact us at info@staysharpmtl.com. Items must be returned unused and in perfect condition with the payment receipt as well as the original (undamaged) packaging. If the articles show some signs of use, they will not be accepted for a return or exchange. If the original packaging is not in a condition deemed “revendable,” the item will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

All items returned to Stay Sharp are returned at the buyer’s expense. Items must be properly packaged to avoid damage and must be fully insured. Please also inform us of the tracking number so that we can track the status of the shipment of the package. The funds will not be repaid until we have received the items and they are deemed “resellable”. The amount refunded will be the amount paid minus the shipping and handling costs, the Square and PayPal fees and any other costs incurred.

When sending parcels across an international border, it is your responsibility to tell customs that the item is returned or temporarily imported for repair. If you do not do so, you may have to pay an import or customs fee.

Damaged or used items will not be accepted or credited for a return or exchange.

If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Stay Sharp will not be responsible for claims made after 48 hours. For breakage due to the carrier, please keep all of the original items and packaging materials for future inspection by the carrier.

We want all our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, all of our items are thoroughly inspected before shipping and are properly packaged to avoid damage during transport. If you have problems with your package after receipt, please contact info@staysharpmtl.com within 48 hours of receipt.

Stay Sharp reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify or replace any part of its terms of use by posting updates and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to consult it regularly to keep you informed of the changes. Any online purchase is an acceptance of these changes.
